Return Process

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your appliance in its original box with all accessories and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
